#2 After you have confirmed the group(s) desired with a staff member, then you can print out the Registration/Medical Release Form below. Please carefully read the Student Policy before signing your registration form. Then you can mail it to us. To pay, you can either click on the button below to pay online through Zeffy or you can send it in with your registration form. If you have any questions, please contact us.
