PLEASE READ ENTIRE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER
NOTE: If you are registering any time period between Nov. 1st and the end of May, an assessment would have to be made in order to determine if participation in the end of year performances would be feasible.
#1 Call in with this number (513)629-0655 to request a spot in the class(es) desired from our Season Class Schedule. Please understand that no spot is secured until the registration fee is received. If we are not available when you call in, we will return calls in the order they were received.
#2 After you have confirmed the class(es) desired with a staff member, then you can print out the Registration/Medical Release Form below. Please carefully read the Student Policy before signing your registration form. Then you may either mail it in with the registration fee or hand deliver it to us at the studio. (Our office hours are only during our class times.) We recommend that you send it in ahead of time to ensure that you get your class choices before a class fills up. If you are joining us for the first time, we encourage you to attend our open house in August, even if you choose to register early, so that we may greet you and show you our facility. First month's tuition may be paid with the registration fee or by the first day of the month. If you have any questions, please contact us.
